We would like you to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager to:

•      Hands-on support customers and resolve requests

•      Align technical issues with the development team

•      Support the product improvement based on customer feedback



Requirements

•      Enjoy to help customers

•      General experience and understanding of the Internet and mobile apps

•      Experience in ticket management systems (like Freshdesk or Jira)

•      Knowledge in content management systems (like SharePoint or Confluence)

•      Fluent in English

•      Fluent in German
